3 Painless Steps: Pulling Audit Reports

First, go to https://ibs.myisolved.com and log in.


1. Pull the Work Comp Summary report for the applicable period. I.E, 03/04/24 - 03/04/25
  1.       It will show each employee and their class code/job description, as well as the premium paid for each class code.

For Employee Workers Comp Summary – Date Range

If you navigate to Reporting > Client Reports and search “Workers” it will bring up the Employee Workers Comp Summary – Date Range Report. You can then enter in a date range on the right-hand side. Next, you will select “Generate Report” on the black bar and “Go To My Reports Queue” to pull the report:

When you get to the next screen, My Reports Queue, you may just have to select “Refresh” on the black bar until the “View Link” all the way to the right pops up:


2. Pull the Periodic Payroll Summary for the applicable period.

For Payroll Summary for audit period:

If you navigate to Reporting > Client Reports and search “Periodic” it will bring up the Periodic Payroll Register. You can then enter in a date range on the right-hand side and check the box at the bottom “Include Employer Taxes”. Next, you will select “Generate Report” on the black bar and “Go To My Reports Queue” to pull the report:

 When you get to the next screen, My Reports Queue, you may just have to select “Refresh” on the black bar until the “View Link” all the way to the right pops up:

 

 

 3. Pull the 941 and Unemployment report for each quarter of the applicable year, downloading each one.

  1. For example, if your policy is June 2023-June 2024 you would need Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2023 and Q1 and Q2 of 2024.
  2. Ensure that you are selecting the "Filter" button in between each quarter to refresh the system.

For RT-6 (FL Unemployment) and Federal 941:

 

Once logged into iSolved, please navigate to REPORTING> Return Archive. From here, you can select the Year, the Period, and click Filter on the right hand side. Then a list of reports will generate. You can select all and click View Selected Reports. Or you can view them one by one under the View Report column.
