4 Easy Steps: Credit Applications

There are 2 credit applications for Workers Comp that may permit an annual discount. They must be submitted no later than 30 days after the renewal date.

Workplace Safety – 2% Annual Discount

Drug Free Workplace – 5% Annual Discount

  1. When you receive your renewal email from the WC department, reach out to inform us you'd like to apply for one/both credit applications.
  2. A WC team member will provide you with the application. For the Drug-Free credit application, you will need to be appointed with a testing center, such as Quest
  3. Once you sign the application via DocuSign, a WC team member will provide it to the carrier.
  4. The additional requirements for each credit application must be met and maintained in order to ensure the annual discount is received.
