Please see the below steps on how to file/renew an Officer Exemption for Workers' Compensation.
Kindly note that Officer Exemptions expire after 2 years and must be renewed by the officer.
- Go to https://www.myfloridacfo.com/division/wc/employer/exemptions
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will see a Apply/Renew section
- Select the applicable blue button, based on if your business is construction or non-construction.
- There is information to review if you'd like. To continue, scroll down to the blue Apply or Renew button.
- From there, you will be able to select wither you would like to Apply, Renew, Modify, or print your Officer Exemption.
