A Waiver of Subrogation waives the right for one entity to subrogate, or pursue restitutions, in the event of a workers' comp claim.
Blanket Waiver- No specific entity/business is listed, therefore it can be used in more than one situation.
Specific Waiver- A specific entity/business is named, and the waiver covers only the certificate holder as they're listed.
2. Provide the name and address of the cert holder, and request a Certificate of Insurance with a Waiver of Subrogation.
3. A work comp team member will provide you with the pricing, and await your written confirmation to proceed.
- It may take up to 5 business days to process.
4. Once we receive the Waiver of Subrogation from the carrier, we will produce the applicable Certificate of Insurance and send both to you.
